Introduction Osteochondrosis spine contacts withslowly progressive dystrophic changes in the cartilage of the intervertebral disc (chondrosis) and the adjacent bone tissue of the vertebral bodies (osteo).

These fundamental approaches to the pathogenesis of osteochondrosis (Shmorl G., 1932) have survived to this day. Pain so characteristic of osteochondrosis of the spine is caused by the effect on the adjacent tissues of rich pain receptors, primarily ligaments, muscles, muscle tendons, periosteum, joint capsule, blood vessels, with the exception of intraosseous ones.
