Therapy for HIV infection is one of the main problems of modern medicine. In recent years, the number of HIV-infected people in Russia has been steadily growing. Currently, there are no drugs that could completely rid patients of HIV infection, although preventing its progression is quite realistic. Today, in the presence of clinical symptoms of AIDS, antiretroviral therapy is indicated for all patients with HIV infection. With an asymptomatic course, it is more difficult to solve the issue.
