On March 11, 1999, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation approved the methodological recommendations “Possibilities of computerized electropunctural diagnostics by the method of R. Voll in therapy with reflexotherapy and homeopathy methods.” Thus, the results of almost 30 years of painstaking work of researchers, doctors who have mastered the R. Voll method and successfully apply them in practice, engineers who have created equipment that are not inferior, and in many respects superior to foreign analogues, have been summed up.
