Patient M., 21 years old, was brought by her mother with complaints of irregular menstruation, deterioration in general condition – in a warm room, after exposure to the sun, improvement in condition – when moving and in the fresh air . The patient is very attached to her mother, but notes a rapid change in mood, a sense of fear of the crowd, darkness, and anticipated disaster . Emotionally labile, whiny, experiencing relief from consolation and participation .
